Other kool Projects

The set showing here was another gift, basic cable patter with moss stitch. The mitters are seamless (I hate the look of seams) as well as the hat.
The beatuiful scarf here was made for my very proud Irish brother. He loves to show his "colours" and feels out of place is he doesn't have something with the Irish colours around.
Finally the cute little sweater is the first one sweater I made. Just a basic regal seamed sweater. I made it for the baby in the family in brehert soft & chucky yarn and I used the year old directions to make sure he got some good use out of it.
Well thats all the projects that I have done that are wroth mentioning. There has been a few scarves here and there and a ton of mittens and for fingerless gloves, but these are the ones that I am rather proud of.
UFO's I have going right now is a cable knit sweater for my dad for christmas, and believe it or not two more blankets one of which is FOR SURE for myself.
Blanket Projects

The white blanket is what got my back into what I like to call heavy knitting. When I found out a cousin of mine was expected I found myself in my LYS feeling all sorts of amazing baby yarns and browsing through afghan books. I would like to had that the blanket was done weekd before the baby shower. The red and black blanket was made for my best friend for Chirstmas '06. The blanket below that was also my for another best friend for the same Christmas. Both these girls are very speical to me and they more than desever a knitted project.
